Join us for a hour of FREE chair yoga! In this hour, we will focus on breath and mindful movement while seated. There may be brief moments of standing with the option to remain seated, and all poses will have multiple variations/modifications to ensure optimal relaxation.
ALL are welcome - even if you would like to come sit and just... B R E A T H E.
Please wear comfortable/loose clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel if you have one.
This class is led by Jessica Griffin and her 5+ years teaching experience with bodies of all shapes, sizes, and motion ranges.
