La Porte County Public Library has been providing Outreach Services since the 1940s. From bookmobiles to book bikes, we have a variety of ways to serve the community beyond the walls of the library.

Join the City of La Porte Park and Recreation Department and the LPCPL Book Bike at Unity Park on third Tuesdays of each month this summer for a delicious and relaxing lunch break.

We go where you are! Invite us to visit your organization or next community event.

Community Stop

Borrow and browse materials, just like you would at any LPCPL location.

Lobby Stops

Bring the Library into your lobby, a great option for senior living facilities.

Speaker Visits

Host a Librarian in your classroom, training, or meeting. Presentations are available on a variety of topics and can be customized for you. For all ages.

Community Partner accounts are available to businesses and organizations owned or operated in La Porte County.
