The Play, Grow, Read Room at the Main Library is a space for children and families to learn and let their creativity soar! This space helps children develop literacy skills using five basic practices from the Every Child Ready To Read™ initiative: Reading, Writing, Singing, Talking, and Playing. This room features a toy kitchenette with accompanying kitchen toys, puzzles, games, Lego sets, themed kits, and AWE learning stations.
AWE stations are computers that provide programs for children to develop early literacy skills in English, math, science, and the arts.
This room is open for you to use at any time, or you may reserve it.
