Coolspring Library History
Up until the mid-1980s library service to Coolspring Township was delivered by LPCPL’s mobile library. As the population of Coolspring Township grew it became obvious that a facility was needed in the community. The current location is the second building to be constructed in the Coolspring as the first building was so busy that a bigger space with more amenities was needed.
