Feeling sluggish from your winter woes? Time to spring-clean your body with yoga! Come to the Hanna Branch to learn gentle yoga moves that will leave you feeling invigorated and refreshed for the season. This class is for all ages, abilities, and bodies. Bring your yoga mat, or one will be provided for you. All exercises are adaptable for chair yoga as well!
