Event Details

Tai chi, often described as “meditation in motion”, is a low-impact, slow-motion exercise that can easily be adapted to people of all ages, abilities, and mobility levels. Tai chi involves a series of gentle movements without strain to strengthen the body and does not require workout equipment.

Come learn all about the healing natures of tai chi from Kristy Putnam, Mindful Movement Meditation and Motivation Coach and Senior Trainer of Medical Qigong. The focus of this introduction seminar is Pain Relief: Back, Neck, Shoulder.

Kristy’s passion is to teach others to activate the healer within for vitality and inner peace. In addition to classes and private sessions, Kristy shares her holistic health knowledge through writing, public speaking, and small business consulting. She is a Movement Therapist leading clinics for veterans and staff at VA hospitals. To learn more, visit www.taichiinfo.com/faculty, email trainer@LifeCraftWellness.com, or message m.me/LifeCraft.

This workshop is made possible thanks in part to support from the Health Foundation of La Porte.
