Join us at the library to take part in our citizen science month project! April is Citizen Science Month, which is celebrated by completing 1 million acts of science around the world.
Citizen science is a collaboration between scientists and those of us who are just curious or concerned and motivated to make a difference. By working together, we can contribute to the work of scientists all around the world, all through our local community.
We will be collecting data on local bird species and their habits using the FeederWatch app. We will also make our own bird feeders and observe an active bird feeder together.
