Welcome To Coolspring

Coolspring Branch is La Porte County Public Library’s largest branch location. It offers many media formats including books, audiobooks, music CDs, DVDs, and electronic resources. We carry a diverse array of newspapers and magazines that reflect local needs and interests.

Children will be delighted with our Play, Grow, Read! early literacy space which includes an AWE touchscreen computer, a play kitchen, and wide variety of early literacy stations where children can come to learn and play.

Services at this busy branch include no charge notary service, public photocopier, fax service, and scanning. We offer free 24/7 access to Wi-Fi. There are eight public internet computers available during open hours. An outdoor book drop is available for after hours returns.
