We take care of our homes, our cars, and our families…but how do we take care of our brains? According to the American Heart Association, “When your brain is healthy, it has the blood flow required for peak performance. A healthy brain is essential for living a long and full life. When your brain is healthy, you’re better able to pay attention, solve problems, communicate, and much more.”*

How is your brain health? Want to learn more about better brain care? Sign up for our Brain Health class. You can choose to join in person or online. From dark chocolate to social connections and museums to music – we will talk about how it all helps us better care for our brain health!

This program offers fun and engaging research-based tips as well as a brain health treat bag full of reminders so that we can use and share the information with others! Brain Health Treat bags will be available at the library for pick up prior to the class or, if you plan to participate from an off-site location we have a list of items you can gather to make your own Brain Health Treat Bag from your home or office.
