Did you know that Kanopy, the library’s video streaming service, has a bunch of workout videos you can stream for free? It gives you access to great ways to stay active while staying in your home. Search the “Sports and Fitness” section to see not just documentaries on various sports and sports topics, but guided lessons in everything from chair yoga to martial arts.

All the videos listed below can be found on Kanopy. You have 10 checkouts per month which are used once you hit the play button of a video. The checkouts, called play credits, are refilled at the beginning of the month. You can download Kanopy links for mobile and Roku devices here: For a Kanopy web link for a computer, click the picture of Kanopy at the bottom of the page by the links. See below for a sample of what kind of workouts are offered!

Certified Pilates Instructor Lindsey Jackson has a unique teaching style and makes Pilates accessible, easy to follow and entertaining whilst bringing all the known benefits of a strong core, abdominal and back strength and calmness of mind
