To all of our parents trying to find resources for your child, we’ve started to compile some points of reference for reading, homework help, arts, and entertainment. If you have questions or cannot find resources, please click the help tab in the bottom right-hand corner.

This area was created Just for You Youth on our website. It includes links to digital books, kids’ movies, homework help, virtual events, and more.

If you are not familiar with Tumblebooks, kids can browse the catalog and read storybooks by their favorite authors. Read-along, games, and videos are also available. Teens can read classics or graphic novels. There is something for everyone. All books are instantly available, with no need to place a hold or check them out. If you need to find AR reading level and points, click the Common Core Tab towards the top of the page. Many companies and organizations are also offering additional services and options during this time. You can visit the offerings here and they are also available in the link at the top of the page in the message bar. You will find additional books and audiobooks, movies, writing tools, homework lessons, and much more.

If your child does need additional homework help, AskRose is available. It’s a free math and science tutoring service for Indiana and other students in grades 6-12. You can also visit our other Education Resources for parents, students, and teachers that can always be found on our website.

Here are some other fun and interactive sites being offered at this time:
Lunch Doodles with Mo Willems, daily at 12:00 pm
Books and Brushes for Kids
Audible Stories
Virtual Museum Tours
Storytime from Space
Read, Write, and Draw with authors and illustrators
Movement and Mindfulness with GoNoodle
