This webpage has links to the full Dietary Guidelines for Americans document (which teaches people how to shift to a healthier food lifestyle), as well as a summarized version with tips to learn the basics of healthy eating habits.
Created by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, this website has an app that goes along with it to make it easier to encourage healthy eating. You can choose your “audience” on the website so that it shows age-appropriate nutrition information that can be understood by all ages.
