Biomedical Reference Collection

This database provides access to more than 100 full-text journals covering such disciplines as clinical medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, pre-clinical sciences and the health care system. Designed for doctors, research scientists, students and clinical specialists, this collection can be searched independently, but also allows users from subscribing institutions to conveniently link to full text from citations within MEDLINE®. When these citations are viewed via EBSCOhost®, there is the ability to link to full text for articles contained within the Biomedical Reference Collection™. Most of the journals covered are available in cover-to-cover PDF.

Topics covered include global climate change, green building, pollution, sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, recycling and more. Health Source: Consumer Edition

Access full-text health magazines and a number of full-text health reference books. Covers topics like AIDS, cancer, diabetes, drugs, alcohol, and women’s health.

This resource is Indiana’s Virtual Library. It offers access to over 40 databases covering subjects like biographies, magazine and scholarly journal articles, newspapers articles (most recent 30 days), poetry, and short stories. Access this database 24/7 from wherever you have Internet access, at no cost, as long as you have your library card barcode number and PIN.
