People in the LGBTQ+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning/queer) community can face unique stressors that can affect their mental health. Whether you just need someone to talk to or need help dealing with a more serious issue, free help is available in a variety of formats for all ages 24/7.
