To help you log in to your account for the first time, we have compiled these instructions. Please call if you continue to have questions.
You must start from laportelibrary.org and not a saved or bookmarked link.
Click Log In to access your customer account:
The first time you login to the new software, you will enter your current library card number and “userpass” as your PIN or EZ Password.
Your first name will appear at the top right corner of the page. Click the dropdown arrow to access your account information.
Update your PIN from the Account Summary page. Click on Library PIN and follow the prompts for changing your PIN. This step is crucial because if you want to log into other library resources, such as Overdrive, Flipster, Bookflix, you will need your library card number and THIS PIN number to access.
You can also create an EZ Login, instead of using your library card number and PIN to access your borrower account. Click on EZ Login and follow the prompts for creating your new username and password.
