Open enrollment for healthcare coverage for 2021 through the Health Insurance Marketplace starts November 1, 2020- December 15, 2020. Coverage starts on January 1, 2020. The Health Insurance Marketplace is for people who do not have healthcare insurance through a job, Medicare, Medicaid, the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), or other coverage programs.
