Am I eligible? Testing site is available for everyone. If you do not have an invitation number from a physician, click the link that says “I don’t have an Invitation Code” and follow the directions to fill out the form.
Where? 302 West 8th Street, Michigan City, IN
When? Monday-Friday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
Every other Saturday: 9:00am – 2:00pm
What happens? Healthcare professionals will share information just for you and your family based on how you request to receive information.

CVS

Am I eligible? Answer questions to see if you qualify. Available to everyone ten and over. No out-of-pocket cost with insurance. Insurance card and proof of identity are required, as well as test confirmation email or text message.
Where? Multiple locations
When? Register for an appointment to find availability.
What happens? For rapid result tests, an onsite MinuteClinic provider will call with next steps, and patients may be asked to come into the clinic depending on results. For lab tests, your sample is sent to one of their lab partners. Average turnaround time for receiving results from lab tests is 2-3 days. They’ll email you a link to activate your MyChart account. When your results are ready, they’ll email you a link to view them in MyChart. You may also receive a text message with a secure link to view results.
