The buds are blooming, the birds are tweeting, and we’re …. hunkered down at home. As the world around us springs to life, you may still be feeling gloomy. We’re living through a stressful time, each experiencing our own unique set of challenges. If you’re having a hard time managing it all and need a little help, visit Be Well Indiana, a new website and initiative of the Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA). Be Well Indiana offers free expert mental health and addiction resources, simple self-assessments, and short videos on a variety of topics from “Coping with a Crisis” to “Parenting Children with Behavioral Challenges”. You can also find online Alcoholic Anonymous and recovery meetings or learn more about substance abuse disorders.
