Good Morning! The new software server for our third-party authentication processes has been experiencing issues. This affects many of our online resources like Overdrive/Libby, Flipster, Kanopy, and more. We are working on the issue and advise customers to login again, as it appears to be only 20-25% of attempts are being rejected, or to give it a few days and try back. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We hope to be at 100% soon.
