Have you ever wanted to learn something new, but were not sure how to get started? Some tasks can be daunting or seem too difficult to know where to start. The library is a great place you can go for direction or materials to learn something new.
The library offers is a wealth of information in many forms, from books to your friendly librarian to a collection of online tutorials. If you like learning independently, give the online tutorials a try! All you need is access to the internet.
These tutorials cover a wide range of topics, from how to get started on social media to a directional on using Ancestry Library version. To explore the different tutorials, visit laportelibrary.org. On the right-hand side, you will see a tab that says “Tutorials.” Click the tab to find a list of all the different types of tutorials available. To get a better view, hold the left button down on your mouse and drag out the resize option to expand your view. You may also go there directly by using this link.
